This class is an introduction to synchro, with an emphasis on fun, fitness and friendship.  As a minimum, swimmers need to be school age and able to swim 20m. 

 

TERM 1 CLASSES

Class registration is now open!

Our classes are run weekly throughout the school term at the following venues and times:

Craigie Leisure Centre – Saturdays (2 Feb to 6 April) – 11am to 12 noon

Claremont Pool – Sundays (3 Feb to 7 April) – 12.15pm to 1.15pm

Terry Tyzack Aquatic – Mondays (4 Feb to 8 April) – 4.30pm to 5.30pm

Claremont Pool – Tuesdays (5 Feb to 9 April) – 4.30pm to 5.30pm

HBF Arena Joondalup – Tuesdays (5 Feb to 9 April) – 5.30pm to 6.30pm

Please note that due to:
- scheduled competitions there will be no classes on Sat 9/3 and Sun 10/3.  
- the WA Labour Day public holiday, there will be no classes on Mon 4/3.

 

**  PARENTS, GRANDPARENTS, FAMILY & FRIENDS - SAVE THE DATE!  **
All Recreation swimmers will have the opportunity to perform a display at the
WA State Titles Competition on Sunday, 10 March 2019!

 

COSTS

The cost of the West Coast Splash weekly program is $125 per term per swimmer for any of the above classes.  Pool entry is additional.

For those who might wish to swim more regularly than once a week, there is the option to participate in both the Sunday and Tuesday classes at Claremont pool.  This option is currently only available for our Claremont classes.  The cost of the West Coast Splash twice-a-week program at Claremont is $220 per term per swimmer.
Pool entry is additional.

All you will need to get started are your own bathers and goggles as all participants
will receive our Welcome Back-Pack which will include
a West Coast Splash swimming cap and a nose-clip.

As with most sports, insurance and registration costs need to be paid separately. 
These fees are not optional and are levied by Synchro Australia and SynchroWA.    
The additional costs are:
(i) Synchro Australia – Recreation swimmers $20 per term and Guardians $0, and
(ii) SynchroWA $10 per year per swimmer.

Please note that unless or until the above insurance and fees have been paid to our governing bodies, West Coast Splash is prevented from allowing swimmers to participate in our programs.

So, for clarity, total costs per term will comprise:
 West Coast Splash fee of $125 or $220 (depending on which option is chosen)
+ Synchro Australia insurance $20 and SynchroWA annual fee of $10
+ pool entry.
