This workshop is all about focusing on the basics and strengthening the foundations that sit behind every good figure.
Participants will have the opportunity to work on body positions, alignment, strength, control, flexibility and technique— the building blocks as they progress through their advanced levels and into the competitive stream.
We believe that investing time in these fundamentals now will give participants a stronger foundation for the future.
